1. You show up to our Vancouver personal training gym for your FREE Workout.

This is a get-to-know-you session. Your personal trainer will meet with you, talk about your past and current lifestyle, and your fitness ambitions for the future. We’ll discuss your goals, health, and what you’re looking for from your experience with Ted Loo Fitness.

Then, we’ll put down the paperwork and hit the gym floor for some strength and flexibility testing. This gives our trainers a good idea of where you are at now and what kind of program we need to build to get you to where you want to be.

After the session, you can decide if you want to continue.

2. We develop a personal training program suited to you.

Our personal trainers take all the information we gathered in our first session and we develop a program to help you meet your fitness goals. So when you show up at your next personal training session, we have a plan, and we start moving forward!

3. You workout. We help you push the limits.
